We accept MAESTRO (SWITCH), DELTA and other debit cards, VISA and MASTERCARD. We
need the number, start and expiry dates, the name as on the card. And the issue number
for Maestro cards. Plus the three figure security code. For the first order, the
card address must be the same as the delivery address. Or we will send to your work
address. You can send details separately or go the HSBC Secure e-payments site and
give them authority up to a maximum sum (UK orders only). There can be discounts
- these are sorted out later.
Note we do not do credit for trade customers. We’re only a tiny business, and hate
chasing money. If you want credit, use a card.
We own all our stock. We are not brokers. I’ve not put exact stock levels on the
PDF list, as it obviously changes all the time.
The database is more up-to-date, but is not dynamically linked to the stock (too
techie). And my stocktaking is not an exact science! Have been known to get it wrong.
Message, or ring for a chat, and I’ll give you exact numbers when I’ve actually counted
and checked!
The minimum order is 12 mixed items. No extra charge for mixing case orders. For
packing, we appreciate orders in sixes: 12, 18, 24, etc., but we’re flexible. And
we will do less than 12 items, if the total is at least £180.

our wines very personally. I’ll physically check the stock, and suggest alternatives
if necessary. Note I never substitute without your approval.

To get a wine selection assembled online, and give payment details, go to the wine
database.
If yours is a selection you'd just like some info about, go as as far as checking
out, seeing a summary and the address boxes, then copy and paste the summary into
an e-mail together with your questions.
